With over 20 years' experience in financial services, managing nation-wide corporate client relationships for American Express, Barclaycard and WEX, I have worked closely with many organisations, both large and small, advising and implementing supplier payment solutions.

 

I bring a customer service-based ethic, prioritising the delivery on promises and providing an excellent and reliable service; enabling my clients to focus on their core business, sure in the knowledge that the tasks and processes outsourced will be completed accurately and on time. Understanding that 'one size does not fit all', my experience gives me the ability to objectively evaluate the most effective solutions to address an organisation's pain points.

 

Prior to working in financial services I set up and managed American Express Business Travel offices, delivering corporate travel services, recruiting, training and mentoring teams of travel consultants.

 

My career has given me the experience and competencies required to support businesses and individuals with solutions to the administration challenges they face today.

With a wealth of corporate experience gained over 20 years working in London and the Thames Valley, I bring skills in office management, organisation and structure, compliance and all aspects of administration. The building, expansion and retention of customer relationships have been key elements in my career success.

 

My office administration experience includes: financial reporting and record keeping; VAT; procurement; period accounting. Working in Norfolk since 2006, I have used these skills in both paid and voluntary roles for commercial and charitable organisations.

 

I have a proven record of accomplishment of supporting small businesses, sole traders and business start-ups, resulting in their increased efficiency, profitability and improved work/life balance. I am highly organised with excellent communication skills, efficient and focused with great attention to detail.
